Job Description
SpaceNav is seeking an experience and dedicated User Interface / User Experience (UI / UX) engineer. SpaceNav develops mission critical flight dynamics applications used to support satellite operations.
The UI / UX Product Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing easy to use interfaces for various software applications, web-based interfaces, and dashboards. The UI / UX Product Engineer will be responsible for standardizing the user experience across all products. This position requires the successful candidate to be self-motivated and at times work with little supervision. The ability to interact with other professionals and provide technical leadership is critical.
The essential roles and responsibilities will include :
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Develop preliminary designs, high-fidelity designs, and interactive demos
- Collaborate with various product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Monitor and manage software implementation to ensure high quality and alignment with defined requirements
