A Day in the Life:
- Driving revenue growth alongside our distribution
- Collaborate and partner with our Distributors to create, support, and drive qualified opportunities to win the sale
- Read architectural specifications, floor plans, and drawings to reflect field conditions (rooms) to include mobile system layouts
- Establish, develop, and maintain key account/partner relationships with outside vendors for custom panels, casework, freight, etc
- Proactively researches and evaluates project specifications / timelines / customer

Required Skills
Our Star Sales Managers Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, and minimum of 5 years project sales, estimating or project management experience that has provided well rounded product knowledge, applications knowledge and customer communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, ) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP).
- Ability to travel up to 35% to support duties as
- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and follow through skills.
- Experience in the construction industry including knowledge of construction project sequencing and materials is preferred.
- Proficient in working with architectural floor plans/drawings, technical specifications, contract interpretation, mechanical concepts, and basic understanding of construction and construction
- Experience with CAD
- Critical thinker and problem solver; a team player with a focused attention to detail
