By effectively managing the store and leading your team, you will contribute to the overall success of Cricket Wireless. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in performance. Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
2. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing effective sales strategies. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive measures to achieve or exceed sales goals.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service by setting high standards for customer engagement and satisfaction. Train employees on effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Address customer concerns promptly and strive to exceed their expectations.
4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock management. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate product availability while minimizing excess inventory. Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility.
5. Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, security protocols, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the Cricket Wireless brand image.
