Tasks
We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our growing team. As an Account Executive you will play a key role in our growth in the North America market and be at the forefront of shaping and executing our revenue growth strategy. Your role will involve the following :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Create and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing and contacting prospects using various outbound methods such as cold calling email campaigns networking etc.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations : Lead indepth product demos to showcase the Spacewise solutions value to prospective clients tailoring the usecases and functionality to demonstrate how it addresses their specific needs.
- Solution selling : Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their unique challenges and business goals. Present Spacewises comprehensive suite of solutions and services that align with clients needs demonstrating a deep understanding of how Spacewise can provide value.
- Carry out all sales related activities : Engage in calls social media interactions online demos inperson meetings presentations industry events and conferences proposal writing contract drafting and negotiations to move prospects through the sales pipeline to a signed agreement.
- Collaborate with internal teams : Use creativity to leverage internal resources and insights work closely with marketing customer success and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Participate in industry events : Build your professional network and promote our company at relevant industry events.
- Maintain precise records of prospect interactions : Manage your sales pipeline forecast sales and track opportunities with accuracy. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management detailing progress toward goals and pipeline status.
- Achieve revenue goals : Consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
- Customer onboarding and support : Transition new customers to Customer Success and assist where needed with onboarding and adoption to ensure they are set up for success. Act as a point of contact until the customer is transitioned to the customer success team.
- Upselling & Crossselling : Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional features or services.
- Market research : Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to refine sales strategies and better position the SaaS product.
