Furthermore we enable lead generation and booking activities for many of the worlds most renowned brands. Tenants of all sizes use our platform to effortlessly search evaluate and book the perfect location for their marketing activations events popups and promotions.

Tasks

We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our growing team. As an Account Executive you will play a key role in our growth in the North America market and be at the forefront of shaping and executing our revenue growth strategy. Your role will involve the following :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Create and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing and contacting prospects using various outbound methods such as cold calling email campaigns networking etc.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations : Lead indepth product demos to showcase the Spacewise solutions value to prospective clients tailoring the usecases and functionality to demonstrate how it addresses their specific needs.
  • Solution selling : Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their unique challenges and business goals. Present Spacewises comprehensive suite of solutions and services that align with clients needs demonstrating a deep understanding of how Spacewise can provide value.
  • Carry out all sales related activities : Engage in calls social media interactions online demos inperson meetings presentations industry events and conferences proposal writing contract drafting and negotiations to move prospects through the sales pipeline to a signed agreement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams : Use creativity to leverage internal resources and insights work closely with marketing customer success and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events : Build your professional network and promote our company at relevant industry events.
  • Maintain precise records of prospect interactions : Manage your sales pipeline forecast sales and track opportunities with accuracy. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management detailing progress toward goals and pipeline status.
  • Achieve revenue goals : Consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
  • Customer onboarding and support : Transition new customers to Customer Success and assist where needed with onboarding and adoption to ensure they are set up for success. Act as a point of contact until the customer is transitioned to the customer success team.
  • Upselling & Crossselling : Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional features or services.
  • Market research : Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to refine sales strategies and better position the SaaS product.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience skilled in managing and closing complex highvalue deals
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate or multiunit retail
  • You have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
  • A hunter mindset. You thrive on the thrill of pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth through proactive outreach
  • Are a selfstarter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • You have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort selling to executives at the VP level and CSuite
  • Experience in demonstrating software to customers / prospects
  • Proficiency using CRM and sales outbound sales tools Google Workspace and the Microsoft Suite (or similar software)
  • You like a fast paced work style excel under pressure and enjoy taking on challenges
  • You have a personal sales approach and are capable of crafting compelling narratives and leveraging data to effectively engage prospects and influence outcomes
  • You are a strategic curious and creative thinker and have proven ability to develop innovative solutions with a strong track record of success
  • You are proficient in pipeline development and demonstrate a solid methodology for prospecting and independently building a robust sales pipeline
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and / or Spanish is an added benefit
