What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Engineer Structures position at SpaceX?

MANUFACTURING DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (METALLIC STRUCTURES ASSEMBLY) RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the production, assembly, and integration of 3D printed components and welded components
- Develop production procedures / processes and manage the transition of parts and assemblies from development to high flow rate production
- Implement process improvements to reduce assembly hours and build cost. Execute design for manufacturability changes to enhance production efficiency
- Create and maintain build schedules that list all discrete fabrication and assembly tasks
- Ensure that all parts are fabricated, assembled, and / or purchased at the correct time to facilitate the build schedules
- Resolve and analyze manufacturing discrepancies, while interfacing with the quality team (resolving issues for design, fabrication, and assembly)
- Execute changes to avoid issue recurrence
