Production Test Lead - Spacecraft

Overview of the Position
As a Sr. Integration & Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of test strategies and procedures for flight hardware, collaborating with design engineers to guide new designs from concepts to qualified, production-capable spaceflight mechanisms, and working closely with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve non-conformances. Key Challenges
- Developing and implementing effective test strategies and procedures for flight hardware

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or physics
- 5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
