RECOVERY TECHNICIAN (DRAGON) - LEVEL 4
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Recover flown hardware at sea to prepare for refurbishment
- Operate and work from small boats and watercraft in the ocean
- Ensure recovery operations are performed on time, safely and in a professional manner
- Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Stage, set up, assemble / disassemble, and run test procedures
- Install / remove flight hardware using precision calibrated tools (torque wrenches, calipers, etc)
- Maintenance of recovery systems and work areas including replacing parts, painting, greasing, and cleaning
- Maintain safety protocols while working in hazardous environments with toxic and flammable chemicals
- Maintain facility operations including organization, maintenance and safety of facility
- Collaborate with recovery engineers to develop and document improvement to operations
- Use various mechanical tools without instruction
- Maintain accountability and perform maintenance of tools and equipment
- Perform other related duties for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

Pay range :
Recovery Technician / Level 4 : $35.00 - $43.00 / hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
