The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. AV Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our AV systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AV systems to meet the needs of our business
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing AV systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AV systems align with business goals
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for AV system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience in AV system design, implementation, and maintenance
- Proven expertise in AV technologies, including Q-SYS, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Enterprise
- Strong understanding of AV concepts, including signal flow and AV system architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
