About the Role:
The Senior Production Development Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of production processes and systems for our user terminal factory. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of SpaceX's Starlink program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient production processes and systems
- Implement data acquisition and tracking for production and quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Serve as subject matter expert in multiple Starlink production processes and systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, or other engineering discipline
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
- High volume production experience (consumer goods, automotive)
- Competency with SQL databases and ability to write SQL queries
