SUPERVISOR, SECURITY
The supervisor will effectively oversee the daily management of the site Security Team in order to keep the facility safe, secure, and operational. In the absence of the Security Manager - the supervisor will handle administrative duties and attend meetings as needed. They will facilitate the duties of security officers and ensure security requirements are being met. Additionally, they will work with vendors and internal staff to ensure all security equipment is operational.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor all security systems to include access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and other electronic measures and become familiar with common trouble shooting measures
- Develop and maintain positive relations with company stakeholders and external partners
- Adapt procedures and practices to maintain an appropriate security posture in a high profile, fast paced industrial environment
- Train employees in emergency response measures, develop security procedures, and ensure compliance by security staff
- Communicate effectively to a wide audience in a crisis or high stress environment
- Maintain security compliance and site access requirements

Supervisor : $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 / per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
