Responsibilities
- Perform snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Engage in lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for various landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds.
- Assist with tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and improve appearance.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns.
- Conduct general groundskeeping duties including debris removal, weeding, and landscape maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with snow plowing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
