Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70k-$75k Annually (based on experience)
Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see on-site requirements below).
Provide support to the Project Lead assisting in execution, management, and operation of the project. Support efforts include but are not limited to:
Required:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education:
Bachelors degree in business, management or related discipline preferred.

- On-site Requirements: Hybrid & St. Inigoes, MD 2 days per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received
Provide support to the Project Lead assisting in execution, management, and operation of the project. Support efforts include but are not limited to:
- Assist Government Project Lead to generate project charter with the sponsor
- Preparation of reports to the Project Sponsor
- Serves as the primary conduit for the Project Lead for all communications
- Organizes and assists the Project Lead in determining acquisition strategy for project
- Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts
- Analyzes requirements, status, and project schedules
- Provides monthly delivery of Project Performance Report (PPR)
- Receives and processes funding documents
- Creates and maintains project structures for funding in N-ERP
- Track and reconcile Funding within N-ERP
- Prepare project cost estimates
- Assist in identifying risk
- Develop project documentation
- Maintain documentation in SharePoint
- Other duties as assigned or required
Required:
- At least one year of related experience
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- HS Diploma or GED required
- N-ERP experience
- DoD experience preferred
