Position Type : Full-Time / Contingent
Work Location : Hybrid remote / in-office. (see onsite requirements below)
On-Site Requirements : On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training / tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site / telework requirements / schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
Essential Functions :
- Designs, creates, and conducts work-related communication, training, and development programs to improve strategic communication and organizational performance.
- Analyzes organizational communication and training needs.
- Creates training materials, scenarios, and briefings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience :
Required :
Security Clearance :
Active Secret or Interim clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education :
BS / BA degree in Business Management or a related field and 3 years related experience, OR AA / AS degree in Business Management or a related field and 7 years related experience, OR HS diploma and 9 years related experience.
