Position Type : Full-Time / Contingent
Work Location : Hybrid (see onsite requirements below).
On-Site Requirements : On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training / tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site / telework requirements / schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
Essential Functions :
- Provides emerging technology discovery, exploration, introduction, and acceleration support.
- Conducts technology gap analysis and roadmap planning for new products.
- Develops alternatives, improvements, and solutions for computer hardware and software issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience :
Required :
Security Clearance :
Must have an active or interim secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education :
BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science OR has the identified Cybersecurity Workforce (CWF) certification of CompTIA Security .
