Position Type : Full- Time
Essential Functions :
- Collaborate with teams to understand business strategies, vision, and prioritize business capabilities, and assess business and related technical solutions
- Assist Product Owner with stakeholder engagement sessions / workshops to elicit and document business and technical requirements
- Analyzes gaps in requirements and solution capabilities, and works with Product Owner to propose solutions to close gaps
- Assist in capturing epics, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases etc.
- Troubleshoot software application issues and present solutions
- Assist with the development of software training materials
- Support / provide training and product demonstrations to current and new stakeholder communities
- Other duties as assigned or required

Education :
BS or BA degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics preferred.
