Position Type : Full-Time / Contingent
Essential Functions :
- Perform programmatic or technical leadership roles identifying, formulating, designing, and testing practical solutions to engineering problems and guide the engineering development of modern complex systems.
- Employs systems engineering methods and tools in the development of advanced complex systems and, when appropriate, conducts research in applied system engineering to advance the field.
- Works in high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the program and performs all functional duties independently.
- May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and / or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Other duties as assigned or required.

Must be eligible to obtain an interim Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education :
Requires a BA or BS Degree in an Engineering discipline, (Engineering disciplines include only : aerospace, electrical, electronics, interdisciplinary, mechanical, and systems).
