Come join our team as we support a large 5-year IT government contract for the Naval Air Systems Command!
Essential Functions :
- Perform administration of SQL Server database engine, SQL Server Service Broker, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and / or SQL Server Reporting Services
- Ensure system availability, data integrity; monitor / troubleshoot backup and recoveries, performance, disk space, and network connectivity
- Design and modify database objects (tables, schemas, indexes, and triggers); create / alter stored procedures and views
- Implement and operate SQL Server Services running on physical stand alone and clustered servers, and Virtual Machine environments
- Occasional daily / evening / weekend on-site support for upgrades / patching is required
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications and Experience :
Required :
Security Clearance :
Active TS / SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS / SSBI. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education :
BS / BA OR AA / AS degree and 1 year related experience OR HS and 2 years related experience.
