ABOUT THE POSITION
Join Our Creative Team as a Marketing Coordinator!

We are looking to hire one part-time to full-time employee.
REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
Two years of experience managing A/E/C proposal efforts preferred
Superb grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite
Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization/time management skills
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, works on all aspects of the firm’s marketing, branding, and promotional efforts, including:
Proposal writing: creates effective proposals, presentations, and pieces that are used to procure
business for the company. Works with staff members, technical experts, department or project
managers, clients, vendors, and colleagues at other firms.
Content coordination, writing, graphics coordination, and formatting of proposals and award
Creates and updates project profiles, project lists, resumes, and company documentation.
Create, edit, and follow through printing process of newsletters, direct mail, and advertisements.
Takes photos and maintains databases of photographs of employees, clients, project sites, and
company events.
Maintains CRM, Proposal, and all other marketing databases.
Develops display / project boards, presentations, etc. for proposals, clients, tradeshows, and
other events.
Maintains website and all social media accounts and content.
Completes corporate pre-qualifications.
Perform market research and proposal opportunity research.
Prepare award submittals.
Assist with company promotional activities and special events.

Individual must be willing to work in an office environment.
