We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Associate who is passionate about social media, enjoys creating content, and feels comfortable appearing on camera to represent our brand in a dynamic and engaging way.
Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, and manage social media content while also acting as an on-camera personality for video content. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to build their marketing skills while playing a key role in developing Spalife’s voice and presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Act as an on-camera host for video content such as product demos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and branding.
- Brainstorm and execute creative concepts for short-form video content, including reels and TikToks.
- Monitor trends and propose fresh, innovative ideas for content to increase engagement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive online community.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with experience or enthusiasm for creating video content.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding of trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with basic experience using design tools like Canva, CapCut or Adobe Suite.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and self-care is highly preferred.
