Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our various software products. This role combines strategy, user experience, compliance, and collaboration across teams to deliver world-class tax e-file software.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for the TaxBandits platform.
- Translate IRS regulations, customer feedback, and market trends into product requirements.
- Work with engineering, design, compliance, and customer teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure product accuracy and compliance with IRS standards.
- Improve user experience based on research, data, and testing.
- Track product performance and iterate based on key metrics.
- Support go-to-market strategies and internal training.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years in product management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or tax software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with agile development teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on user needs and product performance.
Preferred:
- Experience with tax software or e-filing systems.
- Knowledge of accounting, tax compliance, or finance.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
