What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher position at SPAN of Montgomery County?
Manage students in a non-traditional classroom. TABE testing to help students acquire their GED. Track daily academic scores for students and post them daily. Write out a monthly report about student's academic progress. Monitors student's daily behavior points. Must be open to cross-training under the Program Director. This a year-round program. Participate in daily debriefing to discuss student's daily progress with other staff.
Education requires a secondary K-12 Teacher's Certification preferably in Math, Science, and Reading. Two years minimum experience would be preferred.
