Estimator – Property Restoration
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in restoration or construction estimating? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where sales, negotiation, and project management intersect? If so, we want you on our team!
We are a leading restoration company seeking a skilled Estimator to assess property damage, write accurate estimates, and negotiate insurance settlements.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Conduct site inspections of damaged properties and create detailed estimates using Xactimate software
✅ Sell our restoration services to property owners, securing new projects
✅ Negotiate insurance settlements with carriers to maximize claims for clients
✅ Upload job documentation into PSA software for efficient work order creation
✅ Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful, profitable project completion
✅ Prepare supplements and change orders as needed for comprehensive scopes of work
✅ Work closely with trade partners and vendors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates
✅ Maintain strong communication with clients and insurance adjusters, managing expectations throughout the project
✅ Assist in project billing, collections, and Work in Progress (WIP) reporting
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance claims estimating
✔ Proficiency in Xactimate software (or willingness to learn)
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
✔ Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A degree or certification in Construction Management or Project Management (preferred)
