Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site inspections of damaged properties, gather field notes, and create detailed estimates using Xactimate software.
- Negotiate fair and accurate insurance settlements with carriers on a per-project basis.
- Upload job documentation into Proven Jobs (PJM/PSA) software to facilitate work orders and project budgeting.
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and address any necessary modifications in scope.
- Ensure project documentation is current, complete, and properly filed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through clear communication and effective expectation management.
