Priority Responder - Outside Sales

Position:

SpangleR Restoration is a locally and independently owned full-service restoration and mitigation company. We are searching for a Priority Responder (Fire Chaser) to cover our Greensboro and Raleigh market. This role will be responsible for responding to emergency leads in real-time and selling our services to affected homeowners and commercial properties.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency situations immediately as they arise:
• Evaluate scene and assess for needed services.
• Contact key decision makers.
• Offer company services as necessary.
• Secure contracts for emergency services
• Assist customers with emergency and immediate needs.
• Coordinate board up services with our ERS/MIT department.
• Coordinate all emergency services for the first 72 hours or as necessary.
• Work closely with the company sales/project management staff to ensure a proper hand off of customer to the production department, while staying involved until a level of comfort and trust has been established.
• Maintain emergency monitoring equipment and other lead generation programs.
• Market company services and create relationships with risk managers, property managers and other key potential business channels.
• Create relationships with local Fire Departments and support/attend community events.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: College or 2 years AS degree preferred
• Experience: 3-5 years in sales, insurance restoration industry or as a first responder preferred
• Highly self-motivated
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and empathetic
• Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures. This refers to safety, attendance, conduct and so forth as documented in the Employee Handbook
