Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating products while ensuring quality and efficiency on the assembly line. This position requires and the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Safely operate forklifts for material handling when necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory operations is advantageous.
- Experience using power tools, hand tools, and forklifts is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
