Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets.
• Collaborate with peers to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and machine operation as needed.
• Follow established operating procedures and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Lift objects of varying weights as required.
• Use specialized tools, with appropriate training provided.
• Demonstrate adaptability by learning new skills and operating in evolving environments.
• Show flexibility in working various shifts, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Follow standardized procedures repetitively while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Good physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of standing, walking, stooping, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the workday.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
