CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR

GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the direct supervision of the Concession Manager, a Snack Shack Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operation of a snack shack location, food preparation and cash receipting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversee all part-time Snack Shack workers.
Track inventories and assist in ordering supplies. Operate cash registers, balance cash drawers and close out daily tills.
Responsible for food preparation, will cook on grills and a variety of other concessions equipment.
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, counters and floors.
Ensures excellent public relations and customer service of all employees toward the public.
Must be able to meet attendance and punctuality requirements for this position. Must abide by all city policies and procedures. Must work well with others and be a team player.
Applicants may be required to submit to a criminal background check and fingerprint report.
Other related duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Education and Experience: Must have a high school diploma. Experience in concessions preferred.
- Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work well with other employees and deal with difficult customers. Must be able to do some math and operate cash registers.
- Special Requirements: Must obtain a food handlers permit.
