Control Risks is seeking an embedded Global Guardforce Manager to oversee and drive the success of a global guard force for a major Control Risks client. This role will be based out of Miami, FL, with responsibility for overseeing security operations and guard force management across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate security, guard force, and team management, with the ability to effectively collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple functions.
This role will require Spanish Language fluency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive standardized guardforce security protocols and procedures across all global facilities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
