Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, negotiate contracts, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, services, and promotions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Logistics/Sales or account management is preferred but willing to train to right candidate.
  • Strong background in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to guide teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Good phone skills and cold calling a plus.
