- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, services, and promotions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in Logistics/Sales or account management is preferred but willing to train to right candidate.
- Strong background in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Leadership experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to guide teams towards achieving common goals.
- Good phone skills and cold calling a plus.
