As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll handle incoming phone calls, manage customer service inquiries, and maintain accurate records of customer data. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives timely, professional service and that our internal operations stay organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, issues, and service requests
- Collect and update customer data, including emails, phone numbers, addresses, service issues, and billing information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
- Input and manage customer information in the company’s database or CRM system
- Assist with basic office tasks such as document filing, email communication, and record keeping
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (email, word processing, data entry, online forms, etc.)
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with CRM software or customer service platforms
- Knowledge of basic billing or invoicing practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
