What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize scheduling and assignments based on program needs.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate existing processes, propose enhancements, and drive implementation of improvements.
- Develop insightful reports and dynamic dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
- Lead budget tracking and variance analysis, recommending strategies to maintain financial compliance.
- Collaborate across teams, managing projects end-to-end to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal leaders) to gather requirements, align expectations, and provide analytical expertise.
- Conduct market research to maintain industry-leading knowledge of trends, competitors, and customer behaviors.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis, finance, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
