Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mule Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MuleSoft technologies and should have experience working in client environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange between various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Design and configure EDI processes and mappings to facilitate data exchange between trading partners.
- Identify, analyse and develop interfaces and integration flows using Mule ESB Any point platform including Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Centre and API management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Explain complex technical issues to project managers, developers, and architects in an easy-to-understand manner and recommend clearly thought-out solutions.
- Deep understanding of Synchronous / Asynchronous communication patterns and Problem-solving abilities w.r.t. Message Sequencing, Correlation, Queuing
- Knowledge of Integration Design patterns for building middleware systems ground up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, WS-* standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multi-vendor and architecture committee meetings.
- Develop solutions by designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years' experience working in Integration platform.
- Proven experience as a Mule Developer with a strong portfolio of integration projects.
- Experienced in J2EE, Java Servlets, JMS, EJB, Design Patterns, Web services and building integration projects using Mule-ESB, Mule API and Mule Cloud Hub
- Experience with at least one of the leading enterprise databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL)
- Solid programming skills and experience troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analysers and configuration tools.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and related tools.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and data transformation techniques.
- Experience working with RAML using Mule soft. RAML specifications/build experience
- Experience with Mule Soft MMC and Enterprise release capabilities is a plus
- Experience in migration from Mule 3 to Mule 4 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Should have had direct interactions with Client during previous work engagements and worked in onshore offshore model

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (Java, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Healthcare and EDI knowledge is good to have
