Executive Communications: Draft clear, concise messoging on behalf of us for cross-functional updates, strategy briefs, and leadership presentations.

Operational Reporting: Own and drive the creation of weekly operations reports, operational summaries, and dashboards that provide insight into program health and key initiatives

Follow-through & Accountability: Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure on decisions and deliverables coming from senior leadership.

Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take notes, and document outcomes from leadership syncs and reviews."

Job summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic Senior Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced executive environments.

The ideal candidate excels in clear communication, demonstrates strong ownership and follow-through, and is comfortable working with senior leadership across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

* Executive Communications: Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for cross-functional updates, strategic briefs, and executive-level presentations.

* Operational Reporting: Own the creation and delivery of weekly operations reports, dashboards, and summaries that provide visibility into program status, risks, and key initiatives.

* Follow-Through & Accountability: Proactively track action items and decisions from leadership meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.

* Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, capture detailed notes, and document outcomes and next steps from leadership syncs, steering committees, and executive reviews.

Qualifications:

* 8 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or enterprise environment.

* Domain and Technical background on mobile apps would be a plus, but not mandatory

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in executive-facing contexts.

* Proven track record of driving accountability and cross-functional alignment in large programs.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience creating dashboards and operational summaries.

* Proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, Power BI, etc.).

* Comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-visibility role.
