POSITION TITLE: Production Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Safety First. The production specialist's primary responsibility is caring for the hens.
- Responsible for ensuring hens have proper access to feed and water, monitoring ventilation and lightening, and keeping the layer house and its equipment clean.
- Understand and follow all safety procedures, utilizing appropriate safety equipment at all times. Know and obey all traffic and safety laws/regulations.
- Perform all duties and tasks related to safety and security of buildings, equipment, tools, hens, and all company property.
