Job Summary
Business and Data Analysis
o Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements,
collaborating with front-office stakeholders and internal teams.
o Analyze and document business processes, including creating process flow
diagrams.
o Develop user stories and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), along
with screen mock-ups to ensure clarity for developers.
o Perform business/financial analysis, reconciliations, and data monitoring to
ensure accuracy and integrity across data systems.
o Establish and maintain data processes and controls to promote data
accuracy and consistency.
• Support for Change Management and Technology Implementation
o Lead or support change management activities, including drafting user
documents, training materials, and communication memos.
o Support business users with day-to-day technology operations, offering
solutions and troubleshooting assistance.
o Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management.
• Business Process Improvement
o Identify opportunities for business process improvement and technology
efficiencies, and help implement solutions.
o Assist with the monitoring and reporting of KPIs and other performance
metrics to ensure effective process management.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Experience:
o 5-7 years of experience performing business/data analysis, requirements
gathering, and quality assurance in a financial or technology-driven
environment.
o Experience supporting technology system implementations and change
management initiatives.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
o Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL (VBA knowledge a plus).
o Familiarity with CRM systems, data repositories, and business intelligence
tools is desirable.
• Communication and Collaboration:
o Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate
complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well within a collaborative
team environment.
