About the Role
As an Intermodal Dispatcher, you will be a critical part of our driver dispatch team, coordinating the movement of containers to and from Chicago rail terminals. We are seeking a go-getter who can handle the complexity of the drayage industry, stay ahead of challenges, and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating the pickup and delivery of containers between rail yards, customers, and drivers.
- Assisting drivers and coordinating with other team members to resolve equipment issues.
- Managing and scheduling driver assignments to meet customer deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
- Communicating effectively with rail yards, drivers, other team members, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolving any logistical issues quickly and efficiently.
