This role requires effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, fostering positive guest relations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing front office policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; or abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
