We’re looking for Guest Service Agents with Hilton PEP system experience for shifts:
The days may vary every week:
**11PM-7AM- Overnight shift - GSA on Saturday & Sunday
**Weekend Availability is a MUST!!**
Responsibilities
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
Skills
- Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience with accounting and facilities management software
- Excellent math skills
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work overnight
- BSc in accounting, finance or relevant field
Available shifts are:
- 11PM-7AM- Overnight shift = Saturday & Sunday
- AND Must be able to work these days. Weekend availability is a MUST !!!
Hilton PEP experience a plus.

You Must have great customer service skills and excellent computer skills. Each position has a two-week training period that consists of in-house and online training. The pay rate during Training is $9.00 per hour._ The hourly rate after training will be determined by your customer service skills and your performance during training. You maybe asked to start training immediately after interview process at location if selected for the position._
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
