Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and reports.
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations.
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.
- Provide excellent guest services by assisting with requests and offering local information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in night audit or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk management and guest services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
