Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures and standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Skills
- Strong housekeeping management skills with a focus on detail-oriented cleaning practices.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial responsibilities.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
