Responsibilities:
✔Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
✔ Experience in recruiting or HR, preferably in sales
✔ Ability to identify and assess sales talent
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Confidence in managing pipelines, following up, and keeping track of candidates
✔ Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and hiring best practices
