Position: Full time (40 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm or Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an ABAI-Accredited program
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standing - the BCaBA credential is required for this position (QBHPs or individuals pursuing their BCBA certification without already being a BCaBA will not be considered)
  • Licensed (or able to become licensed) as an assistant behavior analyst in the State of Michigan
  • Three years of experience in providing early intervention services for young children with autism
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with other professionals (e.g., Speech language pathologists, occupational therapists) and work under the supervision of a team of BCBAs
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a variety of skills assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, ABLLS, Peak assessments, etc.)
  • Experience training and overseeing RBTs

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist BCBAs with caseload management, including developing treatment goals, protocols, and data collection procedures
  • Oversee and carry a small caseload, with the supervision and oversight of a BCBA
  • Oversee and implement initial training of behavior technicians, and provide supervision for RBTs, per BACB requirements
  • Run a variety of social skills groups and caregiver training programs and workshops
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, with guidance from BCBAs, including VBMAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Functional assessments and analyses
  • Assist BCBAs with protocol modifications and caregiver training
  • Provide direct therapy services as a floater, and other billable services when applicable
  • Assist BCBAs and supervisors with reports, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and quarterly reports

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
