Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina; able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality work.
