POSITION OVERVIEW
As a General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Just like a great coach, you'll prioritize the fundamentals and ensure our team is equipped to succeed. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives and tactical matters related to production, inventory, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will be essential in leading and empowering each team member to excel in their individual roles, while managing key performance indicators. By promoting and maintaining the highest quality standards, you'll ensure that we provide exceptional service to all our customers. Proven track record of achieving measurable results.5 years of experience leading and managing teams. Preferred experience in the commercial automotive fleet industry.5 years of successful operations management experience.5 years of experience in product development or sales.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Experience in solution-selling, effectively connecting client needs to product benefits.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding presentation skills.BENEFITS
