Join Spark*l, a woman-owned E-Commerce business based in San Luis Obispo, California, on the stunning Central Coast. We are a creative studio specializing in smartwatch accessories, luxury jewelry, apparel, and more.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time Production Coordinator to join our team. If you have a love for crafting, creating luxurious, sustainable products, and working in a dynamic, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $17/hour starting, with room to grow!
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (with potential for overtime during busy seasons)

- A passion for crafting and creating luxury handmade accessories
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work with various materials, including leather, beads, fabrics, and upcycled designer pieces
- A strong understanding of design and craftsmanship in fashion and accessories
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
What You’ll Do:
- Handcraft luxury accessories with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Work with high-end materials such as upcycled designer pieces, leather, metals, and stones.
- Assist in the creation of custom and limited-edition items.
- Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure the excellence of each product.
- Help with packaging and preparing products for shipping.
