Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide analytical support to the Project Management Office (PMO) with minimal supervision.
- Lead documentation efforts and planning sessions, serving as the documentation or workstream lead.
- Continuously refine and improve PMO systems and processes.
- Assess project feasibility and communicate clear requirements to stakeholders.
- Drive project execution, including strategy definition, scheduling, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure successful project completion by finalizing team deliverables.
- Lead risk management activities, making key decisions regarding risk levels and project impacts.
- Develop and apply risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
- Oversee project prioritization, portfolio processes, and financial tracking via SharePoint.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide justifications for new projects.
- Submit monthly financial updates and manage SharePoint site activities.
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles, addressing potential conflicts.
- Provide regular project updates via SharePoint, escalate issues, and participate in global meetings.
- Utilize standardized reporting tools for consistent communication with Core Team members.
- Support the rollout of harmonized process and quality systems with the Manufacturing Integration team.
- Collaborate with document owners and SMEs for consistent quality system integration.
