Currently we are looking for candidates eager to dive into Entry Level Management sales roles to provide assistance in developing and implementing our growth strategies. Excellent team leadership and meeting sales quotas for the business are both essential to excel in any management position. Being able to lead effectively with preparation while applying important strategies are integral for functional and successful operations.
In addition to continuous leadership training, you'll benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at advancing both your personal and company objectives. Candidates demonstrating strong analytical skills and effective communication, capable of fostering comfort among team members and customers, will shine. Your role will involve identifying and managing team members, addressing client needs, delivering presentations, answering inquiries about the business, products, and services, and recommending solutions.
Responsibilities:
Complete assigned tasks
Assist with day to day operations
Participate in meetings and workshops
Observe and learn from experienced staff
Gain knowledge of company practices, policies, and protocol
Greet and direct team and customers
Provide accurate product feature and pricing information
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sale products
Manage returns of merchandise
Give knowledgeable answers to team and customers questions
Coordinate with team to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred
Leadership interest and qualities
Basic understanding of office and sales operations
Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Ability to perform and lead in fast paced environments
Must be 18 as required by law
BS in Marketing or related fields a plus
