Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and setting up press brake machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, and shape metal plates
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine product specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Conduct basic maintenance on machinery
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating press brake machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with machining tools such as calipers, milling machines, and plasma cutting equipment
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes
- Familiarity with welding processes is a plus
- Ability to operate a forklift and crane safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
