Job Title: Assistant Machine Operator
Location: Walker, MI
Shift Hours: 3rd shift M-TH 7:30pm to 6:00am
Pay Range: $22-$24/hour $1 shift differential. Quarterly Production Bonus & Monthly Attendance Bonus!

As a Machine Helper/Assistant you can expect to produce corrugated products for our customers in coherence with promoting the corporate vision, mission statement, and core values.
Day-to-Day Role:
- Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly assignments.
- Have good hand-eye coordination.
- Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience working in a corrugated box plant.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
