Job Summary
As a Die Cutter, you will play a crucial role in our production process, operating and maintaining specialized die-cutting machinery to produce precision-cut packaging and containers. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations. This is a 3rd shift role from 11:00PM-7:00AM Sunday-Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain die-cutting equipment to cut materials, such as paper, cardboard, and other substrates, into specific shapes and patterns
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of die-cut products by closely monitoring the cutting process and making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die-cutting machinery to maintain optimal performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards to deliver reliable and defect-free products
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Die Cutter Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Technical expertise in operating and maintaining die-cutting equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or training preferred

This position is based in our production facility, where you will be working in a fast-paced, industrial environment. You can expect to stand for extended periods, work with machinery, and potentially be exposed to noise and other environmental factors. Compensation and Benefits
